  • Tools and Accessories: Specialized care tools and containers for maintaining your air plant ecosystem.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur, especially in natural materials and living plants.

Important Note on Live Plants: All air plants are final sale due to their perishable nature, unless they arrive deceased or severely damaged. You must inspect them within 48 hours of delivery and contact us with photos for resolution.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the items.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please check your cart for accurate options.

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL/FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Condition: Non-plant items (Containers, Wood Displays, etc.) must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing may take 5-10 additional days.
  • Final Sale Items: All live air plants, custom/personalized items, and clearance/”as-is” products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
